As we continue to grow and open new settings, we're looking for an experienced and proactive

Recruitment Manager

to join our team and lead the strategy to attract, recruit, and retain the very best talent across all our nurseries.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial attraction through to onboarding, across all nursery and head office roles. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for both permanent and bank staff roles, with a focus on early years professionals. Create innovative and targeted recruitment campaigns to attract qualified and passionate individuals. Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, local partnerships, events, and networking. Work closely with Nursery Managers and Head Office teams to understand staffing needs and ensure timely recruitment. Manage and improve recruitment processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with our values. Oversee onboarding processes, including compliance and safeguarding documentation. Use data and insights to review performance, identify gaps, and report on recruitment activity to senior leadership. Represent the organisation at recruitment fairs and community events.

About You



Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the early years, education, or care sector. Excellent knowledge of recruitment strategies, platforms, and best practices. Confident in managing multiple vacancies and priorities across different locations. Strong communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills. Highly organised, with attention to detail and a proactive approach. Passionate about early years education and committed to finding individuals who share our values. Knowledge of safer recruitment and safeguarding procedures (training will be provided if required).
