Job Description

Learn with SAT (LWS) is an Education Agency that has developed a specialism in EOTAS (Education Other than at School) and has a track record of consistent growth and development. We work closely with Local Authorities, Schools and Families to design and build Educational Packages that are bespoke to an individual child's needs across the UK.

As part of this role, after probation and training you will embrace a hybrid work model 3 days in the office, 2 days remote, offering remote flexibility while maintaining a collaborative environment. You will be working closely with the administration team of LWS, and you will be responsible for sourcing candidates, managing pipelines, and ensuring a smooth recruitment and on-boarding process.

This is a people-focused role, ideal for someone who is confident in communication, personable and highly organised, and motivated by matching the right educators to the right learners.

The Role:



Recruitment

Write, place and update adverts in line with company procedures Proactively source and engage candidates for educational roles, such as Tutor and Education Assistant, from indeed, CV library and other digital job board sites Shortlist applicant CVs from Indeed, the company website, and direct applications for active roles and present suitable candidates to Departmental Heads Develop innovative and creative ways to source talent, such as infographics for Social Media Platforms Performing screening phone calls with candidates independently and conducting Stage 1 interviews with managerial support Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate updates based on feedback from Management Liaise with families and EOTAS Coordinators to arrange Stage 2 interviews and trial sessions Maintain accurate candidate records, compliance documents, and recruitment trackers Build strong talent pools and pipelines for current and future vacancies Work collaboratively with the wider team to match candidates to appropriate packages of education and local authority contracts Provide excellent candidate care, ensuring a professional and supportive experience
Onboarding & Compliance

Manage the onboarding process for all new hires across the organisation, including; Distributing the onboarding materials for new starters Conducting DBS checks and signing new starters up to the DBS Update Service within the required timeframe Request professional references Ensure candidates meet safeguarding and compliance requirements, such as Barred from Teaching Checks Guide all new employees through policies, procedures, and culture, ensuring a smooth induction process Provide first line response to educational staff enquiries in relation to recruitment, on-boarding and compliance Ensure all compliance documentation for new staff is completed and uploaded to the Single Central Record (SCR), in coordination with the HR Manager

What we're looking for?



At least 2 years experience as a Recruitment Resourcer, Recruitment Consultant, or Talent Acquisition Coordinator (education or SEND sector experience desirable) An understanding of the UK education system Excellent verbal and written communication skills A track record of strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Presentable appearance and professional demeanour Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and manage own workload Confidence using job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools A proactive, solutions-focused mindset Understanding of safeguarding and compliance within the education sector (desirable, but training provided) This is essentially a sales role - so think with a positive mindset!

Pay: 24,420.00-30,000.00 per year
