Due to our continuing growth, we are hiring a experienced
Recruitment Partner
to join our in-house recruitment team. The successful candidates will manage the end-to-end recruitment process. We are particularly interested in candidates with demonstrable success in volume recruitment and compliance/onboarding within the healthcare industry.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities:
Work closely with Service Managers and Line Managers to ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to induction.
Utilise online and offline resources (job-board databases, industry press, social networks) to identify and contact qualified candidates.
Ensure all vacancies are advertised effectively.
Manage recruitment administration tasks, including right to work, DBS checks, reference verification, personal detail collation, and other necessary details.
Screen candidates enthusiastically to assess their suitability for positions.
Support candidates throughout the post-offer process to minimise withdrawals.
Maintain regular and clear communication with candidates via phone and email, providing updates and reassurance.

Demonstrates a strong commitment to providing excellent service to candidates and internal stakeholders.
Effective Communication:
Confidently communicates both verbally and in writing.
Stakeholder Management:
Able to manage multiple stakeholders effectively and constructively challenge where necessary.
Attention to Detail:
Displays strong attention to detail in all tasks.
Administrative Support:
Proven experience in providing administrative support to a busy team within a fast-moving Recruitment/HR environment.
Recruitment Experience:
Previous experience in internal/RPO or agency recruitment.
