We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organisation's needs. This position requires strong communication skills and a passion for building relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike. The Recruiter will utilise various tools and platforms, including ATS systems like PeopleSoft, Taleo, and Workday, to streamline the recruitment process effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle for care and office-based roles
Write and post job adverts across platforms (e.g., Indeed, CV-Library, social media)
Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates
Schedule and coordinate interviews with managers
Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking systems
Support onboarding and compliance checks (e.g., DBS, references, right-to-work)
Represent AGORAMI with professionalism and enthusiasm to all applicants
Contribute to continuous improvement in our recruitment strategy
Requirements
Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar HR role is preferred.
Familiarity with ATS systems such as PeopleSoft, Taleo, or Workday is highly advantageous.
Strong understanding of human resources principles and practices.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
Proficient in relationship management to foster positive interactions with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Experience in lead generation techniques is a plus.
Knowledge of HRIS systems is beneficial but not mandatory.
