**Job Title**: Regional Lead - Electrical Building Services Design Engineer (Associate or Associate Director)
**Location**: Birmingham

**Overview**:
Join our dynamic M&E team within the wider Engineering and Sustainability Hub. Were seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to enhance our Birmingham M&E projects, collaborating closely with regional and national leads.

**Opportunities**:

**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with regional mechanical projects lead and national projects service line lead/Partner in Charge for growth strategy.
- Lead regional electrical projects.
- Handle projects on detailed and performance design bases.
- Conduct project monitoring, technical due diligence, and provide dilapidations instructions (training provided).
- Cultivate relationships and opportunities with clients, in-house surveyors, and project managers.
- Oversee work pipeline and resource management.
- Expand a sustainable and profitable service line.

**Qualifications**:
- Degree or equivalent in engineering systems design or comparable experience.
- Chartered Building Services Engineer or comparable experience.
- Deep understanding of design with technical knowledge.
- Expertise in client relationship management and business development.
- Visionary with innovative thinking capabilities.

- Strong self-management and personal skills leadership potential.
- Desire to grow an already successful service line.
- Ethical mindset.
- Flexibility in work approach and willingness to travel.
