The Regional Manager (RM) is a key role for our business and the Operations Team. The RM is responsible for ensuring their Regional team provides safe, compliant, installation and maintenance of our clients Life Protection Systems. The RM must ensure their branches perform to KPI levels which support activity, customer experience, financial metrics and internal measures. The RM must develop and deliver a motivated region which works towards achieving Company Goals. All aspects of administration to support smooth operations must be demonstrated and all behaviours in support of our values must be evident throughout your employment.
