What We Offer You
Our employees are the heart of Morita - and we live that. We value trusting relationships within and outside our #moritafamily. Our Japanese roots are especially important to us, as we see ourselves as ambassadors of Morita in Europe.
From day one, you'll take responsibility for your area and be a key part of the sales team at J. MORITA EUROPE GMBH.
You can proactively contribute your own ideas and continuously develop and shape your area of responsibility.
You'll find flat hierarchies, a culture of appreciation, and a motivated international team with great colleagues from Japan and Europe.

You'll have access to a JobRad leasing offer.
You'll receive ongoing training opportunities - to develop personally and professionally.
We value enabling our employees to grow while maintaining a healthy balance with their private lives. We don't like the term "work-life balance" - it implies that work isn't part of life. We want to offer you a job that you fill with joy and life.
