miServices is one of the largest national providers of property inspection services for lettings agents and landlords across the UK. Our regional office carries out 300-400+ inspections per month across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and parts of Buckinghamshire. We are looking for a well presented and highly motivated individual to cover the MK postcodes and surrounding areas.

We're recruiting an inventory clerk to service our existing clients in the MK postcodes and surrounding areas. This exciting opportunity would suit a highly motivated person with a keen eye for detail and good administration, communication, organisation and time management skills.

Using a tablet or phone and our own market leading software, you will carry out inspections for private landlords and lettings agents. Duties will include travelling between properties, collecting and returning keys and thoroughly recording the property condition and contents. We pride ourselves on our super proactive approach to supporting our clients and the right candidate will also share this work ethic.

We're ideally looking for the right candidate to start as soon as possible.

Role Requirements



Passion for property Excellent attention to detail Hold a full UK driving licence for at least 1 year & own mode of transport Preferably live in the MK area Highly motivated Well organised Track record of working to meet deadlines Good communication and interpersonal skills IT Literate with good spoken and written English

Candidates with previous experience in and job titles including; Inventory clerk, Inventory manager, key keeper, Inventory administrator, Property Manager, Lettings Assistant, Lettings Administrator, Lettings Negotiator, and Inventory assistant may also be considered for the role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 25,400.00-30,000.00 per year
