Summary
We are seeking a motivated Regional Sales Representative (North & South England) to join our dynamic team in the United Kingdom. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our sales efforts and expanding our market presence. Your contributions will directly support iPRO's mission of promoting healthy hydration across various sectors.
The Role
This is a full-time, field-based role requiring regular travel within your designated region (North/South England) and occasionally across the UK. You will be the face of iPRO in your area, working with the National Account manager you'll be liaising with customers, activating the brand at sites and events, and supporting wider sales.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a client-facing, hands-on role and is ready to represent an exciting and health-driven brand in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
Represent iPRO at trade shows, exhibitions, customer activations, and events - ensuring full brand activation and high-impact presence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with regional customers and retail partners, both in person and via telephone and virtual communication.
Conduct regular telephone check-ins and follow-ups to support key accounts and ensure continuity of ordering and stock availability.
Support account management duties across your region in collaboration with National Account Managers.
Execute customer activation strategies at both events and on-site retail locations.
Drive new business development through prospecting and on-the-ground relationship building.
Maintain and report on customer feedback, sales activity, and market trends.
Champion the IPRO brand and maintain high standards of professionalism and product knowledge.
Requirements
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or field marketing (especially within FMCG or beverage industries) is a bonus, but not essential if you bring strong people skills and a willingness to learn.
Excellent telephone communication skills and confidence maintaining client relationships remotely and in person.
Strong relationship-building abilities with a proactive approach to customer engagement and retention.
Comfortable with face-to-face interaction in a client-driven role.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple priorities.
Willing and able to travel regionally and occasionally nationally.
Passion for health and wellness is a strong advantage.
Must have a valid UK Driving Licence and access to a car (mileage reimbursed).
