You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing our UK market channels and other key regions, and collaborating with various departments to ensure our messaging aligns with our overall business goals. Additionally, you will support our paid media activity, analyse performance metrics to refine our approach and stay ahead of industry trends. What you will do





UK content and channel management

Leading the strategic planning and execution of the UK social media calendar, with the global social media senior manager, proactively generating ideas to deliver a consistent, engaging, and varied content stream that supports the firm's growth objectives. Collaborate with the wider marketing and communications team to design and deliver high-impact campaigns that drive brand awareness, client engagement, and business development. Advise stakeholders on content optimization, identifying opportunities to repurpose and amplify content for maximum reach and engagement. Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring all social content meets quality standards and aligns with the firm's tone of voice and brand principles. Managing posting and engagement on the UK social media channels, including senior leader profiles, ensuring timely and relevant content deliver using Haiilo and other tools. Monitoring, analyze and report on the performance of our UK social media content, using insights to refine strategies and demonstrate ROI. Foster and manage our UK social media community, actively engaging with followers and building relationships to enhance the firm's reputation including actioning likes, shares, and comments on behalf of the firm. Oversee our UK managing partner's LinkedIn presence with strategic direction from our global social media senior manager.


Regional and wider social media activity

Support with posting and engagement from a regional perspective. Monitoring and developing reports on competitor activity, content, and key conversations within social media spaces. Overseeing impromptu reporting requests from the business, and regular paid and organic social reporting. Assisting the social media team with the day-to-day management of Haiilo, our employee advocacy platform. Support our global social media manager with any Haiilo and training related projects, particularly to increase regional adoption and usage. Supporting ongoing and ad hoc issue monitoring requests, when required. Cover for the global content and campaign activity, when required.


Paid campaigns

Develop and manage UK paid social campaigns, particularly sponsored, ongoing static content campaigns focused on follower growth, lead generation, and campaign amplification. Identify where regional paid activity can align with business development and client opportunities.


What you will have

Qualification in marketing communications, media relations, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience in social media content. Excellent ability to write in English, translating complex material into easy-to-read promotional copy. Strong analytical skills and a very high attention to detail. Minimum of three years' social media experience in an agency or fast-paced business environment. Proven experience managing organic and paid social media as part of an integrated marketing approach. Experience of working in a centralised social media team that provides support at a global level. Experience using social media management and analytical tools (i.e. Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Sprinklr). Ability to keep calm under pressure, with the capability to juggle tasks to meet deadlines. Good interpersonal skills, able to confidently interact with all levels and across cultures.
