The company is committed to providing 24 hour care to young adults within the Merseyside area. Due to the growth of the company, there is now a fantastic opportunity to join our expanding provision. We are looking for an experienced registered manager to join us in our Liverpool Centre.
We provide person centred support and care for young adults with a variety of different needs and requirements.
Job Purpose:
The Registered Manager will be accountable to the company Directors. The successful applicant will plan, organise and manage the home. They will also take a lead responsibility for the running and management of the home. The Registered Manager will be required to foster good team spirit amongst the staff team and good relationships with the local community to create a warm, homely, caring environment within the home whilst catering for the young adults, taking into account the needs of the individual. The Registered Manager will be required to ensure the highest standards of physical, social and emotional care is delivered, exceeding any guidance and standards set by CQC. The post holder will be required to become the Registered Manager with CQC.

Qualifications and Experience:
A relevant qualification is essential e.g. Level 5 in Care (Management).
2 years' experience in a similar setting are essential.
Adults and Children's DBS on the update service is desirable but not essential.
