About the Role:

Spynie Care Home, a well-established nursing home in Elgin, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced

Registered Home Manager (Nurse Qualified)

to lead our team and ensure the highest standards of care for our residents.

As the Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the home, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, maintaining a safe and caring environment, and leading a passionate team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strong leadership and effective management across all aspects of the home Ensure high standards of nursing care and regulatory compliance Oversee the development and implementation of care plans Manage budgets, resources, and staff development Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders

Requirements:

Valid NMC PIN (Essential)

Proven experience in a similar management role within a care or nursing home Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in elderly care Passionate about delivering person-centred care
