We are seeking an experienced and passionate
Registered Home Manager
to lead a well-established residential care home for older adults, including those living with dementia and complex care needs.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader with a proven track record in care home management to take ownership of a high-performing service and continue driving forward quality, compliance, and person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strong and effective leadership to the care team, ensuring high standards of care and staff performance
Ensure the home remains compliant with all regulatory requirements and CQC standards
Maintain excellent relationships with residents, families, staff, and external professionals
Take responsibility for financial and operational management of the service, including budgets and occupancy
Champion a culture of dignity, respect, and inclusion
Oversee recruitment, training, and development of staff
Conduct regular audits, assessments, and care reviews to ensure continuous improvement
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager in a care home setting
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory frameworks
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
A passion for delivering exceptional care and leading by example
