Job Description
We are looking for a talented registered manager to help run our brand new children's home in Castleford.
Do you have a natural talent to help children heal, recover and thrive?
Do you want to help shape a brand new team of talented residential childcare workers?
We are looking for a manager who has three years experience at senior level, one year ideally as a deputy manager in residential childcare.
Has a level 3 in residential childcare with either a level 5 or be working towards a level 5 children and young people/leadership and management.
We are a specialist provider who has been supporting complex young people with emotional needs for over five years, we have won a number of national awards, we are currently shortlisted for the national awards 2025.
We are looking for a individual who wants to lead the way, shape a brand new team and have support from our senior registered manager and our RI.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 51,000.00-56,000.00 per year
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
