Job Opportunity: Registered Manager - Children's Home
Location: St. Helens, Merseyside
Salary: 50,000 - 60,000 (Negotiable, DOE)
Hours: Full-time, Permanent
We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and dynamic Registered Manager to lead a children's home in St Helens, supporting young people with emotional and behavioural needs.

About the Role:
As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for:
The overall day-to-day running of the children's home.
Ensuring compliance with Ofsted and all relevant legislation and standards.
Leading a dedicated team of residential care staff.
Promoting positive outcomes for children and young people in your care.
Driving a culture of safeguarding, professionalism, and therapeutic care.
What We're Looking For:
A minimum of 2 years' experience working within a children's residential setting.
At least 1 year in a deputy/management role.
NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Children and Young People) or willingness to work towards it.
Sound knowledge of Ofsted regulations and the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
