Within the last 5 years, you MUST have worked for at least 2 years in a position relevant to the residential care of children in a children's home; and worked for at least one year in a role requiring the supervision and management of staff working in a child care role.

As Registered Manager, you will, in partnership with the Responsible Individual, ensure that a warm, nurturing, accepting therapeutic environment is evidenced, delivered and developed in accordance with the Company's core values.
You will be able to evidence consultation and Partnership Working with all professionals whilst ensuring you actively Safeguard and promote the welfare of our children by promoting the delivery of a safe, structured and nurturing environment.
Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising a team
- Diploma level 5 in Leadership and Management Children, young people and adult residential care or be working toward it
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
