We are seeking a Registered Manager to oversee a newly established 3-bed EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties) home, supported by an experienced Responsible Individual who will offer hands-on guidance, mentoring and support as you develop in your role.

About the Role



As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring it provides the highest standard of care and meets all Ofsted requirements. You will lead by example, creating a safe, nurturing and structured environment where children can achieve positive outcomes and stability.

Key Responsibilities



Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care and support for children aged 8-17 with EBD needs. Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations, safeguarding standards and company policies. Oversee care planning, behaviour management and staff supervision. Foster a positive and supportive team culture with a focus on continuous improvement. Work closely with the Responsible Individual to drive quality and achieve outstanding outcomes.

Ideal Candidate



We are looking for someone who:

Has experience working within a registered or deputy manager position in an Ofsted-regulated children's home. Holds or is working towards the

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare

(or equivalent). Has a strong understanding of safeguarding, regulations and child-centred practice. Is passionate about developing themselves and their team under the guidance of an experienced RI. Is proactive, resilient and committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for young people.
