Job Description

We are looking for a talented, passionate registered manager to oversee and manage our brand new, three bedroom children's homes in Wakefield, in the Nostell area.

This service will be split across two bespoke statement of purposes, in two 3 bed houses on the same site.

The Registered Manager will take Ofsted registration to be responsible for the two, three bedroom homes which aims to support in the following way.

Home 1 - A 3 bed assessment and stabilisation mental health home, supporting short term to medium term placements for children experiencing a mental health crisis and requiring an intensive therapeutic model of care.

Home 2 - A 3 bed longer term residential service for children and young people with complex social, emotional and mental health needs.

The ideal candidate will have been a Registered Manager, or exceptionally talented deputy manager, looking to take the step into a new challenge.

This is a brand new service, which will have heavy support from our Lead Manager and RI.

Having a Level 5 in Children and Young People or working towards is required, with a Level 3 in residential childcare as well as having been in a leadership role in a children's home in the last two years.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 51,000.00-60,000.00 per year
