We're Hiring: Ofsted Registered Manager - Children's Residential Home


Location: Coventry - West Midlands


Salary: Up to 70,000 per annum + Bonus of up 8,000 per annum



Are you an experienced Children's Residential Home Manager looking for your next challenge? HLTH Group is partnering with a trusted client to recruit a passionate Registered Manager for a brand-new service in Coventry. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the service from the ground up, creating a nurturing environment for children, and be part of an exciting growth plan.

As the Registered Manager, you will play a key role in building a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for children, helping them thrive and develop. You'll be leading a team dedicated to providing exceptional care while ensuring full regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead the Ofsted registration process and ensure full regulatory compliance Create a nurturing, child-centred environment where children feel safe, valued, and supported in their personal development Oversee the development of health & safety, safeguarding, and child protection protocols, ensuring every child's wellbeing is prioritized Recruit, train, retain and lead a dedicated team to provide high-quality, compassionate care Collaborate with social workers, therapists, and education professionals to create personalised care plans that meet the unique needs of each child Monitor service quality, manage risks, and continuously drive service improvement Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including local authorities, schools, and healthcare providers, to ensure a holistic approach to care Contribute to the strategic growth and expansion of services across the West Midlands
About You:

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or equivalent) At least 4 years of management experience in a Children's Residential setting In-depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations and compliance Experience in commissioning or start-up services (highly desirable) A compassionate leader dedicated to creating a supportive, nurturing environment for children
