45,000 - 55,000 per year (dependent on experience)

Hours:

Full-time, permanent (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm)

Are you an experienced leader in children's residential care? This is your opportunity to step into a Registered Manager role where your leadership, passion, and expertise will help shape the lives of young people in a therapeutic setting.

We're looking for a confident, compassionate manager to oversee the daily operations of a children's residential home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance--while empowering and developing a dedicated team.

What You'll Do

Lead a residential service in line with Ofsted and Children's Homes Regulations Ensure policies, procedures, and the Statement of Purpose are upheld and regularly reviewed Promote a safe, structured, and nurturing environment for young people Manage staffing, rotas, supervisions, and team development Drive high-quality care and positive outcomes through effective leadership Mentor and support your team to deliver consistent, person-centred support

What You'll Need

NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or equivalent) QCF Level 3 or 5 in Residential Childcare (or working towards it) Proven experience managing or deputising in a children's home Strong knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations and the Children Act A calm, proactive, and values-led approach to leadership
