Key Responsibilities
Day-to-day branch management to ensure efficiency, profitability, and high standards of care
Hold CQC registration and ensure branch operates within guidelines
Prepare for and manage CQC inspections and regulatory activities
Help to develop, implement, and monitor person-centred care plans
Recruit, train, and supervise care staff; manage rotas and staffing levels
Conduct audits, reviews, risk assessments, and quality assurance
Build relationships with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and community partners
Lead safeguarding and governance initiatives
Drive business development and seek new opportunities
Provide on-call and out-of-hours support as needed
Requirements & Qualifications
CQC-registered manager or eligible to register
Level 5 Diploma or NVQ in Leadership for Health & Social Care
Proven experience in domiciliary or home care management
Knowledge of CQC regulations, and regulatory best practices
Excellent leadership, organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Commercial awareness and drive for growth and profitability
Flexible approach and ability to meet business demands and hours
Ability to handle crises and emergencies effectively

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary (38,000-40,000)
22 days (plus bank holidays) annual leave, which will increase incrementally with every year of service.
