Just 18 months into their start-up journey , they are now seeking an experienced and proactive Registered Care Manager to lead the next phase of growth. Youll join a dedicated leadership team focused on business development, team building, and outstanding compliance xe2x80x94 and youll play a key role in helping the service scale its impact in the community.
About the Role
This is not just a Registered Manager role its a multi-hat leadership position . You will:
Act as the CQC Registered Manager , ensuring full compliance and high-quality service delivery.
Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and development of Care Professionals to ensure strong workforce capacity.
Support business development , including meeting prospective clients , conducting care consultations, and securing new private care contracts.
Help shape and implement operational strategy , growing the branchs profile and presence in the area.
Actively contribute to field visits , client assessments, and relationship-building with service users and their families.
Represent the provider in local networking opportunities and partnership developments.
This role would suit someone confident in managing both care quality and commercial growth , with a flexible, entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine passion for improving lives.
Key Responsibilities
xe2x9cx85 Ensure the service is fully compliant with CQC regulations and exceeds quality expectations.
xe2x9cx85 Recruit, train, support, and manage a growing team of Care Professionals.
xe2x9cx85 Deliver strong care planning, assessments, and client consultations.
xe2x9cx85 Lead on contract acquisition , sales development, and relationship-building in the community.
xe2x9cx85 Drive service excellence, innovation, and person-centred care delivery.
xe2x9cx85 Support with on-call duties and maintain operational flexibility as the service scales.
What We're Looking For
xf0x9fx94xb9 Experience in a Registered Manager or senior leadership role within domiciliary care.
xf0x9fx94xb9 Proven track record in team management, care quality oversight, and service development.
xf0x9fx94xb9 Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working toward).
xf0x9fx94xb9 Strong knowledge of CQC standards , safeguarding, and care legislation.
xf0x9fx94xb9 A flexible, solutions-focused leader with excellent planning, communication, and people skills.
xf0x9fx94xb9 Commercially aware, with the confidence to lead service growth and develop new business.
xf0x9fx94xb9 Full driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential).
xf0x9fx94xb9 Must have Right to Work in the UK (Sponsorship is not available).
