Exciting Opportunity for a Children's Registered Manager in Knowsley!



Halcyon Health and Social Care Northwest are delighted to partner with a well-established local Knowsley-based company that is committed to expanding its children's residential care services. With a strong ethos of prioritising children's wellbeing, happiness, and future, this organization is on a long-term growth journey, focusing on providing high-quality care in EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties) environments.



They are now seeking a passionate and dedicated Children's Registered Manager to lead their existing 2-bed EBD children's home and help shape the future of their expanding services. If you are a caring leader with a deep understanding of OFSTED regulations, a proven track record in managing children's homes, and a genuine desire to make a meaningful difference, this could be the perfect role for you.



About the Role:



Lead and inspire a committed team to deliver exceptional care tailored to each child's personality, needs, and aspirations. Ensure the home consistently achieves and maintains OFSTED 'Good' or 'Outstanding' ratings. Develop a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment where children feel valued and supported. Play a key role in the company's growth plans, contributing to future service development and team expansion. Be the driving force behind a culture of kindness, understanding, and professionalism.

What We're Looking For:



A minimum of Level 3 and Level 5 NVQ qualifications in Children and Young People or Leadership & Management. Extensive experience managing or deputy managing a children's EBD home, with a strong understanding of OFSTED frameworks. Proven success in maintaining excellent OFSTED inspection outcomes. A caring, empathetic leader with a passion for supporting children's personal growth and happiness. Ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff teams effectively. A long-term mindset, eager to settle into a role and grow with the company's future plans.

What We Offer:
