Trainee Registered Manager

in our Ofsted-regulated 4-bed children's home in Erith, Kent.

What You'll Do:

Learn the full spectrum of residential management, with guidance from experienced leaders Co-lead and inspire a dedicated care team as you develop your own leadership style Support the design and delivery of individualised care plans and behaviour strategies Help create a warm, therapeutic home where safety and emotional growth come first Collaborate with families, social workers, and professionals to drive positive change Progress toward full registration -- with support every step of the way

What You'll Bring:

Experience as a Deputy Manager, Team Leader, or senior care practitioner Knowledge of safeguarding, children's legislation, and Ofsted standards A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (Level 5 support available) Leadership potential -- with drive, emotional intelligence, and a deep care for young people A calm, confident presence in challenging moments, and the vision to lead with compassion

Pay: 45,000.00-60,000.00 per year
