Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated, highly organised registered manager with OFSTED experience to lead and oversee the quality and compliance of our children's residential care home. This vital role involves delivering exceptional care and education in accordance with Ofsted standards, managing staff, maintaining regulatory compliance, and fostering a safe, nurturing environment for children.

As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the operational day-to-day management of the service, ensuring the company's continued compliance with relevant legislation and Ofsted requirements. Working in partnership with colleagues on the senior management team, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality service that meets individual needs and aligns with organisational priorities.

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Children's Residential Care, or equivalent, is required for this post.

Experience of managing children or young people's homes will be required.

Pay: 40,000.00-50,000.00 per year
