Be instrumental in delivering our long-term strategy and our drive to transform the lives of our children and young people and embrace the challenge, with the support of our RI, of taking on the registration of the home/s.

Comprehensive Training

: We offer comprehensive training and opportunities for personal development in line with your own agreed Personal Development Plan. We will support you in obtaining (and fund) your Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management.

Comprehensive Support:

Enjoy personable interactions with the Directors and a highly experienced RI, who will personally visit you and the home at least fortnightly and conduct monthly supervisions.
Together, you and the RI will take responsibility for the referral and matching process to ensure that the type of YP's we place in our homes are those that you can get real positive outcomes with.
Our HR and onboarding teams take on the responsibility of arranging recruitment interviews and undertaking all schedule 2 recruitment checks.
Homes' maintenance is covered by our inhouse maintenance support team.
Our IT systems and use of ClearCare drastically reduces paperwork and enables easier more streamlined and triangulated oversight of YP files etc.

Competitive Salary

: our salary offer is between 48K and 50K (inclusive of achievable and transparent KPI incentives).

Who You Are



A proven leader in children's residential care, with a track record of positively impacting young lives. Relevant qualifications and experience that enables you to take up the role of a Registered Manager and be able to demonstrate an excellent ability to lead and develop your staff team. At least 2 years experience working either as a Children's Home Registered Manager or as a Children's Home Deputy Manager in a Children's Home. Qualified with NVQ 3/Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Level 5 Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services, or equivalent (preferred). Full UK Driving Licence. Strong and energetic leader. Computer literate. You will have substantial experience and skills in:
- Exceptional communication skills to enable effective relationships with a range of other
professionals.
- Ofsted regulations and legislation.

- Managing and Supervising a staff team.
- Effective budget management.
