Duties

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and document findings accurately. Develop and implement individualised care plans based on patient needs and medical history. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patients for adverse reactions or side effects. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of services. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures. Maintain accurate records of patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals. Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety in accordance with healthcare regulations.

Requirements

Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). Proven experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating strong patient care skills. In-depth knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to nursing practice. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with patients and colleagues. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A compassionate approach to patient care, demonstrating empathy and respect for diverse backgrounds.
