Requirements:

? Minimum 6 months of UK experience working as an RGN in a hospital or care home setting
? Valid NMC PIN
? DBS on the Update Service
? Up-to-date mandatory training certificates
? Right to work in the UK (No sponsorship provided)
? Availability for full-time hours and flexible shifts

Roles and Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients/residents in line with their care plans Administer medication safely and accurately, maintaining proper records Support patients with personal care needs and promote their independence Monitor and assess patients' conditions, escalating any concerns to senior staff Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation Work collaboratively with healthcare assistants, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams Ensure infection control and health & safety standards are consistently followed Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families Participate in training, supervision, and development activities as required
