Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in assessing residents' needs, developing care plans, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.

Duties

Conduct thorough assessments of residents' health status and medical histories. Develop and implement individualised care plans based on residents' needs and preferences. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor residents' progress and respond to changes in their condition promptly. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive resident care. Educate residents and their families about health management, treatment options, and preventive care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines at all times.

Experience

Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in a care home setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues. Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate residentt care while managing multiple priorities. Familiarity with electronic health record systems is essential.
