Fixed Term opportunities to Trial something New to Become a Clinical expert in Gastrointestinal & Liver disease on a Brand New Refurbished Ward B2 ( Currently C2)



You will have the opportunity to become a clinical expert for the care of patients with conditions of the Gastrointestinal tract (i.e. IBD disease) & a range of others such as Liver Disease, pancreatic issues, GI bleeds, Care of patients, with Alcohol Dependency, Patients Eating Disorders and Palliative patients.



Your professional Journey on B2 will include a comprehensive induction , mentoring, in house and trust wide study days to acquire specialist knowledge and multiple opportunities for learning by working along side the inflammatory bowel disease team, Nutritional team, dieticians, and alcohol care & Hepatology CNS. You would also have opportunity to undertake shadow shifts in Endoscopy as part of induction program where a high percentage of our patients go for procedures.



By the end of the Fixed Term, you will become highly competent in the management of patients with complex needs which include all aspects of gastroenterology care and harness a good foundation for professional growth
