We are looking for an enthusiastic Qualified Small Animal Veterinary Nurse to join our friendly and supportive team, based across our two sites in Cardiff (CF23 7EY & CF14 5DR).
Full time (part time will be considered for candidates able to work Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday mornings).
The role involves a variety of duties, including monitoring of anaesthetics, performing radiographs, taking blood pressures, cytology, inpatient care and keeping PSS standards.
We pride ourselves on the numerous nurse clinics we can offer, and we encourage interests and ideas to keep the practice moving forward.
We are striving to offer contextualised care to our clients and continue to provide exceptional patient care.
We currently have certificate holders in Medicine, Canine and Feline behavior, Anaesthesia and Critical Care and Rehabilitation.
We are all keen to help refresh your knowledge and skills in these areas, help you develop them or just have a chat about what we can do with our talents to improve patient care and customer service overall.
We actively encourage further learning and CPD, and fully support nursing certificates in your area of interest.
We are also very happy to learn from you if you have skills and ideas to bring to the table.
Your shifts will range between 8am - 7pm, Monday - Friday, with 1 in 9 Saturday mornings.
