As a result, we're expanding our incredible team and are thrilled to offer a brand-new opportunity for a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join our friendly and welcoming practice!

About us:

Our purpose-built practice is designed with both our patients and team in mind. Conveniently located close to Epsom town centre and just a 7-minute walk from Epsom train station, we also offer plenty of onsite parking for added ease. Inside, you'll find a modern and well-equipped clinical environment, including, Digital X-ray, Ultrasound with Doppler, A growing orthopaedic kit, Separate dog and cat wards to help reduce stress for our patients


We're proud to work alongside peripatetic orthopaedic and cardiac specialists, allowing us to carry out more in-depth surgical procedures and comprehensive case workups in-house. This collaborative approach supports excellent patient care and continuous learning for our team.


You will be joining a fun, hardworking, dedicated team of 3 Vets, 3 RVNs, Practice Manager, 2 SVN, 2 VCA and 2 receptionists all trying to make a difference to our clients by offering exceptional patient and client care with community at our core.


Our head nurse is advancing to practice manager, and our talented deputy head nurse, who we trained and mentored, will step into the head nurse role. This opportunity reflects the continuous growth and success of our team.


Lenesa Govender, the lead vet and Practice Owner of Epsom Vets4Pets, opened the practice in 2016, bringing with her 18 years of experience as a vet, mainly in senior roles. Lenesa has a passion for learning and keeping her knowledge up to date and thoroughly encouraging and supporting the same in the hugely talented and caring team.



Being a Practice Owner has really motivated her passion for client bonding, and she thoroughly enjoys getting to know the clients and almost becoming a part of their family. This is the main ethos of Epsom Vets4Pets, we genuinely treat our pets as if they were our own.

You will help with the daily running of the practice to ensure a high standard care for Patients and Clients. Nurses are the heart of our practice and perform an integral clinical role in caring for our patients. You'll have great communication and organisation skills and take pride in working to a high standard. You will have an interest in and want to learn about, the practice as a business, as well as how to motivate a team to achieve their personal and practice goals. They key to your success will be your ability to embrace all aspects of the Veterinary Nurse role, delivering excellent patient and client care.

About the role:

This role can be full or part time working up to 40 hours per week with only 1 in 3 weekends and no OOH. We understand the importance of a good work/life balance and so we are open to discussions on what shifts would work best for you!
