We are looking to recruit

passionate & enthusiastic

Rehab Assistants to join Team Steps and become part of what we believe to be, something incredibly

rewarding and person centred.



This role is based in

Plymouth

and surrounding areas and a

variety of hours are available

on a full time basis.

FULL client specific training will be provided to all support workers.



We have a number of clients in Plymouth requiring support, ranging from a client with Cerebral Palsy, another client with an Acquired Brain Injury, to some who prefer some company and help with shopping and other household chores. All of our clients have different needs and interests, but need support helping them to live their lives to the fullest.

Hours Available:



We have a range of hours and shift patterns available for various clients.



Responsibilities will include:



Accessing the community

Finding and arranging activities for the client

Researching day trips

Supporting the client with day to day expectations

Requirements for the position:



The chosen individuals will be enthusiastic, reliable and self - motivated. Six months health and social care experience is preferable, however, transferrable skills and personal experience will be considered.
