We are looking to recruit

passionate & enthusiastic

support workers to join Team Steps and become part of what we believe to be, something incredibly

This role is based in

Andover

and surrounding areas and a variety of hours are available on a full time and part time basis,

FULL client specific training will be provided to all support workers.



Our client is a lady who sustained an acquired brain injury following an accident some years ago. Our client is a very active lady with a comprehensive rehab programme in place. She loves music and regularly attends choir, music therapy and takes part in DJ lessons as well as attending gigs and concerts regularly. She is very keen on cycling and has recently taken part in challenges and competitions and is an avid swimmer, this is important for both her physical and mental health. Our client's rehab programme is central to her support and is very goal orientated; her goals are centred around cycling, walking, swimming and arranging social events for her friends.

This client and package gives a passionate, motivated and active Rehab Assistant to be a part of an inspiring rehab programme in an incredibly rewarding setting.

What do we offer our team?



Competitive rates of pay;

13.91-17.50

per hour, plus

extra for Bank Holidays



A comprehensive?training package

, including provision of mandatory training, role specific training and inclusion on QCF level 2 (dependent on your current qualifications)

Hours Available:



We have 2 x days a week available on this package, totalling 20 hours per week.



Responsibilities will include:



Arranging & support to attend appointments

Promoting the clients rehab & goals, and motivating the client to achieve.

Accessing the community

.Researching and promoting activities you feel the client would enjoy

Requirements for the position:



The chosen individuals will be enthusiastic, reliable and self - motivated. Six months health and social care experience is preferable, however, transferrable skills and personal experience will be considered.
