Back office Profile - Insurance Sector



Location: Sector 49, Gurgaon



Experience: 0-6 Month



Salary: ?1.LPA-1.8 LPA



Employment Type: Full-Time



Industry: Insurance ( General)



Key Responsibility



1.Policy Processing: Review and process insurance applications and policy documents.



2.Data Management: Maintain and update client records in the database with accuracy.



3.Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, report and Update in the Group.



4.Customer Support: Address Agent inquiries and resolve issues related to policies.



5.Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.



Qualifications & Skills



Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.



Experience: 0-1 years in backend operations within the insurance industry.



1.Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel;.



2.Knowledge: Understanding of insurance policies, regulations, and procedures.



3.Communication: Average Communication.



4.Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.



5.Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 11,000.00 per month
