If so, we are looking for Children's Workers to join our Children's Residential Service in East Dunbartonshire on a releif basis.
In this rewarding role, you'll work closely with children, young people, and their families, ensuring their needs are met with compassion, professionalism, and in line with the standards of the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) and our Christian values.
You will help support and develop care plans in partnership with families and other agencies, promote positive relationships and inclusion, and contribute to the emotional and social well-being of the children and young people in your care. As this is a relief position, you'll have the flexibility to work around your other commitments while making a meaningful impact.
To succeed, you should have experience in care or education, strong communication skills, and a genuine commitment to achieving positive outcomes for children and young people. An HNC in Social Care or SVQ Level 3 is required, though we welcome applications from those willing to work towards a qualification. A full manual driving licence is also essential.
