Due to continued growth, Motion Elevators are looking to employ a full time repairs administrator to join our small but busy team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our quotation & repairs department. This role will also include the use of social media to promote and advertise the company and its services.
Responsibilities:
Liaise with colleagues to ensure recommendations and repairs are identified on engineers reports.
Manage & organise repair requests, ensuring quotations are issued in a timely manner.
Proactive follow up of quotations and enquiries.
Respond to client queries via telephone and email.
Liaise with suppliers to obtain pricing and lead times.
Provide clerical and administrative support when required, including dealing with enquiries, answering incoming calls, logging breakdowns etc.
Maintain and update company IT systems.
Provide holiday cover to other administrative roles.
Maintain and update company social media channels.
The Candidate:
Experience with clerical and administrative duties. Previous experience in a customer service role advantageous.
Strong organisational & data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.
Good geographical knowledge.
Proficient in using office software and computerised systems; experience of Microsoft Office Word, Excel & Outlook essential.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Reliable with good time management skills.
Able to work proactively both individually and as part of a team.
Working Hours:
Full time 37 hours per week:
Monday - Thursday - 08:00 - 16:30 1 hr Lunch
Friday - 08:00 - 16:00 1 hr Lunch

Minimum wage
Benefits:
20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, increasing by 1 day per year for continued service to a maximum of 5
