As a Research Volunteer, you will contribute to the development and improvement of our services by gathering, analysing, and presenting data that supports our mental health advocacy work. Your efforts will help ensure that our organisation remains informed, evidence-based, and responsive to the needs of the North Wales community.

Key Responsibilities - Cyfrifoldebau Allweddol



Information Gathering:

Conduct research into mental health trends, service gaps, policy updates, and community needs to inform our ongoing work.

Casglu Gwybodaeth: Cynnal ymchwil i dueddiadau iechyd meddwl, bylchau mewn gwasanaethau, diweddariadau polisi ac anghenion cymunedol i lywio ein gwaith parhaus.

Data Analysis:

Help compile and interpret findings from surveys, reports, and studies to support project development and funding bids.

Dadansoddi Data: Helpu i gasglu a dehongli canfyddiadau o arolygon, adroddiadau ac astudiaethau i gefnogi datblygu prosiectau a chynigion ar gyfer cyllid.

Report Writing:

Assist in preparing clear and concise reports, summaries, and presentations to communicate research findings to staff, stakeholders, and the wider public.

Help identify and curate reliable sources of mental health information for internal and external use.

Stakeholder Mapping:

Support the identification and mapping of key stakeholders and services in North Wales that relate to mental health advocacy.

Skills and Qualifications - Sgiliau a Chymwysterau



A keen interest in mental health, social research, and community development.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.

Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.

Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Experience with data collection tools, report writing, or academic research is a plus.

Knowledge of the mental health sector and/or advocacy services is desirable.
