Job Title: Reservation Supervisor

Job Summary: The Reservation Supervisor oversees the reservations team, ensuring efficient booking processes, excellent customer service, and accurate record-keeping. This role involves supervising daily operations, handling bookings, and coordinating with other departments to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

:

Supervise and guide the front desk team in day to day operations

Manage incoming reservations via phone, email, online and in person enquiries

Ensure smooth and efficient check in, check out and guest registration processes

Collaborate with reservations, housekeeping and sales to ensure smooth guest check in's and special arrangements.

Assist in developing and implementing standard operating procedures for the reception team

Oversee room inventory management to optimize occupancy and revenue.

Ensure all reservations are recorded accurately in the property management system (PMS).

Assist in developing and executing strategies to increase bookings and enhance guest satisfaction.

Act as Duty Manager during assigned shifts, overseeing all hotel operations

Handle escalated guest complaints, emergencies and operational issues

Maintain a professional presence and ensure guests satisfaction throughout shift
