IMPLEMENTING OUR 'YES, WE CAN' PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL -

Lead and inspire the Reservations Team, creating a culture of excellence and accuracy that ensures every guest feels like a VIP. Partner with the Reservations and Assistant Reservations Manager to provide constant support, training, and mentorship, ensuring the team consistently hits the highest standards. Champion accuracy and attention to detail across every reservation, maintaining our reputation for flawless bookings and guest satisfaction. Maximise team potential and drive performance, helping the Celtic Collection smash its financial targets and set new benchmarks for success.
