Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Registered Manager to lead our Complex Mental Health service based in Hedon. The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader and skilled professional who is committed to providing positive outcomes for our service users.
The ability to provide and evidence excellent governance whilst ensuring the viability of a business is essential. Working knowledge of trauma based, strengths based, and outcome focussed practice is also desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day governance of the service, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Legal Frameworks and all aspects of Well Led .
Develop and implement all documentation relating to the individual needs of service users with complex mental health conditions.
Recruit, train, and supervise a team of dedicated support staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, positive culture and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and external stakeholders to ensure a partnership approach to service user care is provided.
Manage budgets, resources, and administrative tasks to ensure the efficient running of the service.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the service, making adjustments as necessary to enhance the quality of life for service users.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role within a mental health setting.
Relevant qualification in Health and Social care management (e.g., NVQ Level 5 or equivalent).
Strong understanding of mental health, with experience in supporting individuals with complex needs.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
Knowledge of relevant Legal Frameworks and CQC regulations.
Outstanding passion, commitment and tenacity to achieve desired outcomes.
