Resolute Care are looking for enthusiastic people to join our team in at our 3 bed home in Allestree, Derby.

We are looking for people to join us and expand our team and help us deliver fantastic outcomes for the children we are fortunate enough to care for. All of our homes look after just 3 children, this helps us recreate a real family environment.

We pride ourselves on being a need led organisation; established to provide a positive life enhancing opportunity for young people in care with emotional and behavioural difficulties. You will need excellent people skills, be able to develop and support good working relationships, good leadership skills and the willingness to undertake additional Qualifications (Level 3 or 4 Diploma) and all training provided, which will be ongoing to help you meet the childrens needs. You will be working with young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties. Along with your team and a superb support structure, you will be empowering the young people to regulate and change their behaviour and help them to live their "best life".

The Childcare Practitioner role is required to "sleep in". We do not have waking nights, our homes are settled.

Childcare Practitioner will be required to work a rolling rota contract of 10 shifts per calendar month starting each shift at:

10:00 am working through 23:00 + Sleeping In at the home

followed by

07:00 - 10:30 am (end of shift)

We pay

50

for every sleep in completed. The company has a fantastic support structure in place and training is ongoing.

The shift pattern is a fixed rolling rota and is as follows:

Week 1

Monday, Wednesday, Saturday

Week 2

Tuesday, Friday, Sunday

Week 3

Thursday
