We're Hiring: Children's Support Workers - North Lanarkshire & Surrounding Areas
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible Shifts

Are you experienced in supporting children and young people with challenging behaviour?
We're recruiting Children's Support Workers across Glasgow and nearby areas to work in specialist residential services. You'll support young people with complex needs, emotional distress, or behaviours that challenge, helping create a safe, stable, and consistent environment.
What we're looking for:
Minimum 1 year of UK care experience in children's services
Experience supporting children with challenging behaviour or mental health needs
Confident in de-escalation techniques and working in high-pressure situations
Understanding of residential care environments
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A full UK driving licence or good access to public transport
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
