Job Description
Parker SC operates trauma informed residential children's homes within the North Yorkshire region. We require two full time workers in the DL10 region.
The rates of pay are as follows:
Residential childcare worker
Pay:
13.20 per hourSleeps are required, and are paid at the rate of 50
Standby shifts: 30-40
Senior residential childcare worker
Pay:
14.20-16.20 per hourTeam leader: 14.20
Team leader with on call responsibilities: 15.20
Service Team leader: 16.20
Sleeps are required, and are paid at the rate of 50
Standby shifts: 30-40
All candidates must be able to drive, hold a full UK licence, and have access to a vehicle for business/work purposes. We have house cars however, therefore use of own vehicles is rare.

Schedule:
Shift patterns vary, and can be discussed at interview. Please note the role involves sleep in duties, and evening and weekends. Please do not apply if you are looking for a 9-5 role.

GCSE or equivalent (preferred) in English and Maths
Licence/Certification:
Driving Licence (required) NVQ Level 4 Residential childcare (preferred)
