Support Young Lives. Build a Meaningful Career.
At Lily Residential Services, we provide therapeutic, relationship-based care for children and young people who have experienced trauma, instability, or disrupted family life. We are now recruiting caring, consistent individuals to join our close-knit residential team in the Weymouth area.
About the Role
As a Support Worker, you'll work within a 2:1 staffing ratio, building meaningful relationships and offering the emotional and practical support young people need to heal, grow, and thrive.
