THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer / Fee Earner to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a well-established firm that prides itself on delivering high-quality legal services, excellent client care, and a supportive team culture.

In this role, you will manage a caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for clients. You will work closely with colleagues, clients, and third parties to provide expert advice and maintain the firm's strong reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion. Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to ensure transactions progress smoothly. Drafting and reviewing legal documents and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Conducting property searches and investigations to identify any potential issues. Keeping clients updated throughout the process and providing expert guidance when needed. Maintaining accurate records using the firms case management system.

Skills & Experience:

Experience in residential conveyancing with the ability to manage your own caseload. Strong organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Excellent client care and communication skills, with a focus on delivering a high-quality service. A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to handle transactions independently.
This role is offered on a Hybrid basis from our office in Sheffield
