A well-established law firm is seeking a skilled and motivated Residential Property Executive to join its growing team. This full-time position is based in Chandler's Ford and offers the opportunity to manage a varied and rewarding caseload in a supportive, client-focused environment.

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for someone with solid experience in residential conveyancing who is ready to take the next step in their career. You'll handle a full caseload from instruction to completion, including a mix of property transactions such as new builds, leaseholds, and shared ownership.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a broad range of residential property matters including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity Handle new build developments and shared ownership transactions Build and maintain relationships with developers, housing associations, and referral partners Identify opportunities for business development and contribute to the firm's growth Provide clear, high-quality legal advice and maintain excellent communication with clients throughout the process Ensure all work complies with regulatory standards and internal procedures Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver the best outcomes for clients

About You

You'll bring proven experience in managing residential conveyancing files independently, with strong technical knowledge and a client-first approach. Key strengths include:

Experience with new build and shared ownership transactions (preferred but not essential) Excellent communication and client care skills Ability to foster strong business relationships and referral networks Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Proficiency in case management systems and Microsoft Office A flexible, collaborative attitude aligned with the firm's values
