Please note, 2-3 years of relevant experience is preferred for this role.
This role will see you responsible for listing, promoting and selling residential sales properties. The role is varied and fast paced, and requires a multitude of skills. You must build relationships with your clients, and ensure integrity, professionalism and transparency at all times.
You must have strong communication skills, both oral and written, and be organised in order to keep on top your workload. You must be able to self-manage, ensuring that time constraints and department targets are met. You must have strong administration skills in order to update and maintain records, and strong negotiation skills in order to achieve the best possible outcome for your clients. You must provide customer care and display empathy in your dealings, recognising the significance of buying/selling a property.
