The Package

:

Up to 29,000 basic salary per annum (

D.O.E

) + OTE up to 35,000 Discretionary company bonus Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm, with 1 in 4 Saturdays (9:00 am - 4:00 pm) 25 days annual leave + bank holidays Regular team social events Excellent opportunities for progression Pension scheme

The Residential Sales Negotiator

role

:

Work towards targets, drive performance and exceed expectations Handle enquiries from vendors and purchasers, providing knowledgeable and attentive assistance Actively seek valuation opportunities and follow the necessary processes to secure appointments Book viewings in a professional, friendly, and proactive manner, ensuring all relevant information is effectively communicated Generate new business leads and actively prospect for potential clients Manage the sales progression process, ensuring smooth transitions for all parties involved Negotiate offers to maximise outcomes for clients Adhere to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks and procedures Keep vendors updated on the progress of their property listings Gather and provide feedback from property viewings to enhance customer service

The Person

Residential sales experience (

essential

) Articulate, confident, and personable, with excellent communication abilities Target-driven mindset, motivated to achieve and exceed goals Strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks effectively Experience in exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships
