Our highly successful Taunton office is looking for a motivated, Residential Sales Valuer to join our dynamic and growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual with a proven track record in the property industry. As a key member of our team, you will play an essential role in the property sales process, from conducting property appraisals, negotiating and progressing transactions, while managing relationships with vendors and purchasers.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a strong understanding of the local property market. We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic, target-driven and fun environment and is motivated to succeed both individually and as part of a team.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a residential sales or property valuation role
IT literate with strong organisational skills
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
A flexible approach, with some Saturday work required on a rota basis
A can-do attitude, with the drive to succeed in a competitive market
